What Not To Bring

What to Bring For Adventure Camp

  • Day-pack or small backpack (a school backpack would be perfect)
  • Sunscreen
  • Lunch & Drink & extra snack
  • Water bottle – filled
  • Bandana
  • Towel
  • Bathing Suit or shorts to wear canoeing – they will get wet J
  • Old shoes or water sandals (NOT flip-flops) for creek hiking, etc.
  • Riding helmet if you have one
  • long pants or britches
  • jodhpurs or smooth-soled shoes with a firm heel
  • extra shirt, shorts, socks, tennis shoes

Optional Things

  • Musical Instrument, fishing pole

What to Bring for Equestrian Camp

  • Long pants
  • Tall socks
  • Healthy Snack
  • Water bottle
  • Shorts
  • Helmets and boots if you have them. We provide boots and helmets for those that don’t have them.

Things NOT to bring

  • i-pods
  • cell phones
  • electronic devices of any kind
  • candy or chewing gum

If your child has any diet restrictions or allergies, or if he or she takes medication, please let us know. If you have not filled out the Medical Release form please bring the attached information on Monday. Feel free to come by and visit the farm. Call us at 540-727-0271 to make an appointment.

*We can loan you boots and a helmet for horseback riding if needed.*
